Management of three residential complexes with freehold flats, consisting of 156 residential units, a parking deck with 126 parking spaces and various outdoor parking spaces.
WHV's management and support activities included the following
• house accounting with recording of all income and expenses,
• the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and the organisation
• as well as the organisation and implementation of the necessary maintenance and renovation work, thus ensuring the increase in value of the property at all times.
Management of approximately 140 residential units and approximately 5 commercial units.
The management includes the observance and implementation of associated modalities that occur with a communal owner. We attach great importance to close contact between us, the tenants and the municipality, which means that even problematic issues can be solved together at short notice.
WHV manages and looks after 10 municipal residential properties in the city of Leuna in the districts of Kreypau, Kötzschau, Zweimen and Rodden.
WHV's management and support activities include
• the signing of tenancy agreements
• recording and presenting all income and expenditure in the accounts of the respective local administrators,
• the preparation of quarterly statements,
• the handover/acceptance of individual residential units,
• maintenance and support for renovation measures
• as well as the awarding of contracts for construction and delivery services.
